Who we are

What we collect

• Account details. Your email address, your company’s name, and the tier you are on.
• The data you enter. Cash flows, commitments, contract terms, payment records and the assumptions you model against. This is your business data; we hold it so the platform can compute against it.
• Billing records. What you purchased, when, and the amount. We never see or store your card details — those go directly to Stripe.
• Operational logs. Errors and job records needed to run the service and work out what went wrong.

What we do not do

• No advertising or marketing cookies, and no ad networks.
• No analytics or session-recording tools. There is no Google Analytics, no pixel and no third-party script watching you use the product.
• We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
• We do not use your business data to train machine-learning models.

The only cookie we set is the one that keeps you signed in. Clear it and you are signed out; that is the whole of its job.

Who processes it

We run on a small number of vendors, each doing one job:

• Supabase — database, authentication and file storage, hosted in the United States.
• Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
• Stripe — payment processing. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
• Resend — transactional email, so account and delivery messages reach you.
• Inngest — background job execution for generating the documents you request.

Exchange rates come from the European Central Bank, which publishes them openly. That is a source we read, not a party we send anything to.

Why we hold it

To run the service you asked for: to sign you in, to compute and present your exposure, to produce the documents you generate, to take payment, and to contact you about your account. We also keep what we must to meet tax and accounting obligations.

How long

Your data stays while your account is open. Closing your account from Settings removes your company’s records. Billing records are kept for as long as tax law requires, and backups age out on their own schedule rather than being deleted individually.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@fxthom.com and we will act within 30 days.

If you are in the UK or the EEA, the UK GDPR and GDPR give you those rights and the right to complain to your supervisory authority. If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you comparable rights — including the right not to be discriminated against for using them. We have nothing to disclose about selling personal information, because we do not sell it.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our hosting providers. Tenants are separated at the database level, so one company’s data is not reachable from another’s session. Two-factor authentication is available on your account and we recommend turning it on.

No system is perfect. If we ever discover a breach affecting your data, we will tell you what happened and what it means for you.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will update the date at the top and tell you by email before it takes effect. See also our terms of service.
